Customer can return our powder within 7 days after receiving it. We cannot take returns if it is more than 8 days after you receive the powder. The item to be returned must be in good condition. Customer is required to return the return shipment in proper packing.
Shipping Return:
You will need to contact us before returning an order. And return the order and give shipping details.
The customer returning the order will have to bear the responsibility of return expenses himself. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund payment once the return is couriered. Only regular and sealed pack items will be returned. Products like our oil will not be returned in open condition.
Refunds:
When we receive your order returns they will be inspected. After the inspection, you will be informed through mobile phone and email. Refund information will be given after your order return is checked and the refund will be given to you within the next 3 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or do you have any problem in drinking this powder.
Please check your bank account or credit card account within 3 days of our refund. If you still have not received the refund then call us and get information.
Exchanges:
If the item is received by the courier in a damaged or damaged condition, we will provide a replacement item. We sell different types of powders. If you want other powder then you can exchange them.
